First met Keith when he joined my team of cabin crew. Keith always used to stop by the desk for a chat and catch up and we would put the world to rights. When Keith left BA we always stayed in touch and he was tremendous support for me during difficult times in BA for which I will always be grateful. Keith was much loved and always had time for everyone, I will miss him dearly. X
